Zwilling is known as one of the oldest companies in the manufacture of knives, scissors, cutlery and kitchen utensils, which was founded in June 1731 by Peter Henckels in Solingen, Germany. Since then they have combined traditional crafts with the most innovative technologies. For them the best products are born with a human touch. Also, over time they have developed a variety of unique products, with very special characteristics, and adapted to each need. Today they are present in different countries such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, etc.

At the same time, each factory has the same recipe from qualified employees, excellent machinery, top quality materials and expert quality control. In this way they can guarantee excellent performance. Their employees feel very close to the company to the point of calling it a home during their professional experience and this creates a strong sense of community that sharpens their employees to detect the needs of their clients.

Miyabi Birchwood has a blade and a handle that are designed with precious materials. It has a SG2 microcarbon powder steel core that is protected by 100 layers of steel.
